Job Description

Document Preparation:

Draft and file various legal documents, including contracts, lease agreements, deeds, and closing documents.

Due Diligence:

Conduct title searches, order certificates of title, and perform due diligence to ensure legal compliance.

Transaction Coordination:

Oversee the coordination of appraisals, manage closing checklists, and ensure that all transaction deadlines are met.

Client and Case Management:

Maintain client files, answer client inquiries, explain legal documents, and schedule meetings.

Liaison:

Act as a communication point between clients, lawyers, property owners, lenders, and other legal representatives.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
