Paralegal Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Paralegal Assistant to handle invoices, payments, and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of finance and account processes, with hands-on experience in generating purchase orders and good communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare purchase orders and assist with travel requisitions
- Obtain and process tax documents for invoices and provide payment details
- Automate tax documentation and manage vendor information
- Coordinate with law firms on payments and dues
- Support patent e-filing and other admin-related work
- Check and upload invoices, monitor legal tracker, and process invoices within 30 days
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and prepare quarterly budget vs. spend reports
Requirements:

- Good understanding of finance and account processes
- Hands-on experience with generating purchase orders and processing
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work with systems like Ivalua and manage vendor information
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
