As a Trademark Paralegal, you\'ll be at the forefront of our trademark registration and enforcement endeavors, making a significant impact every step of the way. If you have a minimum of one year of experience in trademark law in India, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities You\'ll Own: Trademark Research and Clearance: Conduct comprehensive trademark searches to evaluate availability and potential conflicts.
Analyze search results and offer recommendations for trademark clearance.
Collaborate on the creation of clearance reports for attorney review. Trademark Prosecution: Prepare and file trademark applications with the relevant authorities.
Efficiently manage the trademark application process, including communication with government agencies, clients, and foreign associates.
Stay on top of deadlines, ensuring prompt responses to office actions and opposition proceedings.
Assist in drafting and filing trademark-related legal documents, such as affidavits, declarations, and assignments. Trademark Portfolio Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date trademark databases and records.
Keep track of trademark registrations, renewals, and maintenance requirements.
Play a key role in managing our company\'s trademark portfolio while ensuring compliance with trademark laws and regulations. What We\'re Looking For:
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Trademark Paralegal in India.
A strong grasp of trademark law, procedures, and regulations in India. Familiarity with trademark databases, search tools, and online resources.
Proficiency in conducting comprehensive trademark searches and analyzing search results.
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
A bachelor\'s degree in law or a related field is preferred.
