Job Description

1. You will assist veterinarians in various tasks such as physical examinations, administering medications, and performing medical procedures.

2. Handle animals during examinations, treatments, and surgeries, ensuring their comfort and safety.

3. Monitor and care for animals before, during, and after procedures. You may also provide basic medical treatments and administer medications as directed by the veterinarian.

4. Collect and process samples for laboratory testing, including bloodwork, urinalysis, and fecal examinations.

5. You may interact with owners/care takers to obtain medical history, explain treatment plans, and provide post-treatment instructions.

6. Clean and maintain equipment, sterilize surgical instruments, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the veterinary facility.

7. You may assist with scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing inventory of medical supplies and medications.

8. In emergency situations, you may assist in providing first aid and stabilizing animals until the veterinarian can take over.

9. You may be required to go on the hospital ambulance for spot treatment of animals incase of emergency cases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
