What we do?

The Business Unit Profitability and Performance Management (BU PaPM) is responsible for our analytics business with SAP PaPM at the core and currently extending its scope to SAP SAC and DWC. With our solutions and services, we help our clients across the globe to create more transparency about their business, provide better basis for decision making and increase efficiency & profitability. The solutions we offer to our clients from many different industries cover conceptual, functional and implementation services and are often industry specific as Cost-to-Serve for Retail or Planning & Simulation for Insurance, or focus on a certain functional area like Transfer Pricing, Profitability or Sustainability

What will you do?

The main responsibility of the role is to:

• Internally align with tax and regulatory teams, products teams and sales team and support in enhancing the service offerings to end customer.
• Work in close coordination with the Tax and Regulatory Leads and provide support in technical matters.
• Monitor International Tax and Transfer Pricing related developments and initiate action plans
• Develop Internal Knowledge development tools and conduct in-house trainings pertaining to core transfer pricing, tax and accounting is good to have
• Identify and implement opportunities to reengineer and standardizing the process
• Participate in setting up and enhancement of the product and service offerings
• Coordinate with various global teams and create good network with smooth communication across various teams
• Ad-hoc tax and transfer pricing work

What experiences you should have?

• Knowledge of tax and transfer pricing concepts and the relevant global TP guidelines on transfer pricing (OECD guidelines, BEPS action plans)
• Ability to read and interpret regulations, understand local transfer pricing regulations, documentation requirements
• Good understanding of taxation, accounting, economics, financial management, statistics, and taxation
• Prior experience of working on tax transfer pricing documentation, litigation and planning exercises
• Strong verbal/written communication skills are highly expected
• Strong understanding of financial budgeting and planning business processes
• Good understanding of allocation and profitability
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to plan and develop, lead initiatives with a proven track record of success in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment The ability to excel in a global team environment, effectively communicate and achieve results is critical
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively problem solve as well as multi-task effectively and efficiently
