Joining: Immediate Roles & Responsibilities:- Responsible for lead identification and generation, networking, leading successful bids, prospect engagement, and ultimate conversion of new business opportunities aligned to company\'s growth strategy. - Responsible for the entire end-to-end bidding process and sales process from initial engagement to the sales pitch and formal bidding stage through to commercial approval, contract negotiation, and signature. Desired Candidate Profile:- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role - 5+ years of proven success in business development and consultative experience building and leading successful teams across the entirety of the sales lifecycle. - Outstanding communication skills with leadership and executive-level partners - Excellent presentation, negotiation, convincing and business management skills.
