Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Paper Maker

to join our manufacturing team. The Paper Maker will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining paper-making machines to produce high-quality paper according to production schedules and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in paper manufacturing and a strong understanding of production processes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor paper-making machinery. Ensure consistent production of paper within specified quality parameters (e.g., GSM, moisture, strength). Adjust machine settings as required to maintain product quality and optimize production efficiency. Inspect raw materials (pulp, chemicals, additives) before and during production. Maintain detailed production logs, machine parameters, and quality control reports. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to avoid downtime. Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams to resolve technical or process issues. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with troubleshooting and support in continuous process improvement initiatives. Train junior or new operators as and when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Working knowledge of paper-making machinery and production processes. Ability to read and understand technical documents and production specifications. Good physical stamina and ability to work in a hot, humid, and noisy industrial environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
