Key Responsibilities: o Operate paper bag making machines efficiently o Set machine parameters as per size, GSM, and design o Monitor quality and minimize wastage o Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning o Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues o Maintain daily production records o Follow safety and factory guidelines Requirements: o Minimum 10th pass / ITI preferred o 1-3 years experience as machine operator (preferred) o Basic mechanical knowledge o Willing to work in shifts Experience with V-bottom, Square bottom, or handle machines is an added advantage.
