1. Position Overview
The Office Pantry Staff is responsible for maintaining the pantry area, preparing and serving beverages, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, managing pantry stock, and supporting day-to-day office hospitality requirements. The role ensures smooth pantry operations for employees, management, guests, and clients visiting SPAR Technovet offices.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Pantry Operations
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and beverages for employees, meetings, and guests.
Ensure timely service during working hours and scheduled meetings.
Refill water dispensers and maintain clean drinking water facilities.
Maintain cleanliness of all pantry equipment (tea/coffee machine, microwave, kettle, fridge, utensils).
B. Cleanliness & Hygiene
Keep the pantry area clean, hygienic, and well-organized at all times.
Wash and sanitize cups, glasses, plates, and utensils after every use.
Ensure regular cleaning of pantry counters, sinks, tables, and storage shelves.
Follow hygiene standards as per company facility guidelines.
C. Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor daily stock of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water bottles, biscuits, snacks, and disposable items.
Maintain stock register and inform Admin/HR for timely replenishment.
Check and report expiry of food items and ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) usage.
Handle pantry material carefully and avoid wastage.
D. Guest Hospitality
Provide courteous and professional service to guests, vendors, and visiting clients.
Assist in meeting room setup (water, glasses, tea/coffee, snacks, etc.).
Coordinate with Admin for large gatherings or internal events.
E. Office Support Activities
Assist in basic office housekeeping where required (meeting rooms, reception area).
Support staff during office celebrations, events, and internal functions.
Follow instructions provided by Admin/Facility Manager.
3. Skills & RequirementsEducational Qualification
8th / 10th pass (minimum).
Experience
1-3 years of experience as Pantry Staff / Office Boy in a corporate or commercial office.
Experience in handling beverages and pantry equipment preferred.
Skills
Basic hygiene and cleanliness knowledge.
Polite, well-behaved, and disciplined.
Ability to manage time and multitask.
Understanding of basic stock and inventory management.
Ability to read simple labels/instructions (Hindi/English).

5. Working Hours
As per company timings (10 hours including breaks)
Overtime may be required during peak workloads, client visits, or office events.

Indirect reporting to HR & Management for service feedback
