Assists in preparation and service of pantry items such as beverages, desserts, and light snacks while maintaining hygiene and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare tea, coffee, juices, and pantry items
Assist senior chefs in pantry operations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of pantry area
Follow food safety and SOP standards
Support inventory and stock control
Skills Required:
Basic pantry & kitchen knowledge
Understanding of hygiene and food safety
Teamwork and willingness to learn
Time management skills
Qualification:
Hotel Management / Culinary training preferred
