Prepare and arrange cold dishes such as salads, sandwiches, fruit platters, and dressings.
Assist chefs with basic food prep tasks like chopping, peeling, and organizing ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry, refrigerators, and kitchen storage areas.
Monitor and restock pantry items as required, ensuring FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, tools, and surfaces regularly.
Help with the receipt and storage of food supplies.
Dispose of waste according to food safety guidelines.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
Perform other kitchen support duties as directed by the chef or supervisor.
