This role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and smooth operation of the company's pantry, kitchen, and common refreshment areas. The Pantry Boy ensures that staff and visitors have access to refreshments and a tidy environment throughout the day.
Primary Responsibilities
Pantry Maintenance & Hygiene:
Maintain high standards of
cleanliness and hygiene
in the pantry, kitchen, and dining areas.
Thoroughly
wash, dry, and store
all cups, mugs, plates, and cutlery.
Clean kitchen equipment such as the refrigerator, microwave, and water dispenser regularly.
Ensure waste bins are emptied promptly and garbage is disposed of correctly.
Refreshment & Beverage Service:
Prepare and serve
tea, coffee, and other beverages
to staff, management, and guests as requested.
Set up and arrange refreshments for meetings, conferences, and events.
Ensure the availability of
drinking water
throughout the office premises.
Stock Management:
Monitor and maintain
adequate stock levels
of pantry supplies (tea bags, coffee powder, sugar, milk, biscuits, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc.).
Report low stock levels to the designated supervisor for timely procurement.
Properly store and organize all supplies.
