Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and beverages to employees and visitors.
Ensure the pantry area is clean, organized, and stocked at all times.
Manage pantry inventory including snacks, beverages, and consumables; report stock shortages to Admin.
Assist in setting up refreshments for meetings, training sessions, and events.
Clean and maintain utensils, pantry equipment, and dining areas.
Support with basic office housekeeping tasks when required.
Follow hygiene and safety standards as per company guidelines.
Assist administrative staff with small tasks such as document delivery, arranging items, etc., when needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
0-1 year of experience in pantry operations, hospitality, or housekeeping (freshers may apply).
Basic knowledge of pantry equipment (coffee machine, kettle, microwave, etc.).
Good hygiene practices and cleanliness standards.
Polite, well-mannered, and service-oriented attitude.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
