Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and assemble cold food items including sandwiches, salads, burgers, croissants, and hot dogs as per standard recipes.
Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in the pantry and food preparation area.
Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients before use.
Handle food storage, labeling, and rotation as per safety standards.
Support kitchen staff during peak hours and assist in inventory management.
Maintain proper portioning and minimize food wastage.
Follow all food safety, health, and hygiene protocols.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in cold kitchen/pantry operations.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene standards.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency in quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
Preferred:
Experience in hotel, airline catering, or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) setup.
