Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute

complete wiring, assembly, and installation

of LT Panels (MCC, PCC, APFC, Feeder Pillar, Control Panels). Perform

advanced testing, continuity checks, insulation resistance tests, and commissioning

. Identify faults and carry out

complex troubleshooting and corrective actions

on-site and in the workshop. Supervise

junior technicians and helpers

, ensuring quality and timely work completion. Install and test

earthing systems & lightning protection systems

as per standards. Coordinate with design and production engineers for drawings, load calculations, and requirements. Prepare and maintain

testing documents, material lists, checklists, and reports

. Maintain strict adherence to

electrical and site safety protocols

. Support electrical and solar installation works whenever required.

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical. Minimum

3-7+ years experience

in LT Panel wiring, testing & commissioning. Excellent knowledge of

MCC/PCC panels, protection devices, relays, meters, cable sizing, and industrial wiring

. Ability to independently handle fieldwork and customer site requirements. Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills.
