Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Panel Saw Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with wood cutting machinery and a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate sizing and smooth finishes for interior components. Preparation of cutlist is a plus point.
Key Responsibilities
Operate panel saw machines to cut wood, MDF, plywood, and other materials as per design specifications
Read and interpret cutting lists, technical drawings, and measurements
Ensure precision in cuts and minimize material wastage
Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine checks for operational safety
Collaborate with carpenters, supervisors, and designers to meet production timelines
Follow safety protocols and report any equipment issues promptly
Requirements
Prior experience operating panel saw machines (minimum 2-5 years preferred)
Ability to read measurements and basic technical drawings
Familiarity with safety standards in a workshop or factory setting
Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
