Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Panel and PCB Testing Engineer to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of electrical control panels and printed circuit boards (PCBs) before dispatch or integration. The role involves hands-on testing, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and documentation of results to maintain high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

For Electrical Panels:

Perform pre-dispatch inspection and testing of control panels, power distribution panels, and automation panels.
Conduct insulation resistance tests (IR), high-voltage (HiPot) tests, continuity checks, and functional tests.
Verify wiring and connections against electrical drawings and schematics.
Troubleshoot wiring errors, component failures, or functional faults.

For PCBs:

Perform functional testing of assembled PCBs using test jigs, multimeters, and oscilloscopes.
Check solder joints, component placement, and orientation visually and with magnification tools.
Load and verify firmware (if applicable) and test I/O interfaces.
Diagnose and repair faulty components or suggest corrective actions.General Duties:
Document test results, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
Collaborate with design, assembly, and QA teams to resolve issues.
Maintain tools, test equipment, and calibration schedules.
Follow safety and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling protocols.

Requirements:

ITI/ Diploma Electrical, Electronics, EEE, or related fields.

Experience:

1-4 years in panel or PCB testing (fresher with internship/training experience may apply).

Skills:

Strong knowledge of electrical/electronic circuits and testing equipment.
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, PCB layouts, and schematics.
Hands-on experience with multimeters, LCR meters, logic analyzers, etc.
Basic soldering and desoldering skills (for PCB rework).
Good communication and documentation abilities.Preferred:
Experience in embedded systems, microcontroller testing, or PLC-based panels.
Exposure to automated test equipment (ATE) or functional test benches.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
