Job Description



  • Accountable for managing the flawless execution of panle management, non-bau validation for ad-hoc projects, and provide accurate, actionable information for the countries in scope.
  • Improve harmonization and enable better engagement between key partners & stakeholders (incl. Data Collection, Data Science, Client Ops, Product Leadership and internal COE functions).
  • Supports the PM&FV Regional Leader to eliminate redundancies and duplication of efforts, reduction of heavy manual processes, to rapidly respond to business demands and contribute to an optimized end-to-end operations model.
  • Participates in regional/global company initiatives as required, from GDA and other functions.
  • Investigate data inquiries / challenges with local teams, and engaging with related stakeholders to identify root cause.
  • Regularly monitor and escalate to PM&FV Regional Manager when no-compliance is experienced.
  • Identifies opportunities and drive panel optimization efforts to reduce waste (i.e. oversampling, unused stores, panel syndication and manual audit scope reduction).
  • Ensures recruitment instructions and generation are done correctly and in a timely fashion
  • Creates and execute the recruitment planning and management to ensure sample remains as planned
  • Recognize and develop talent.
Qualifications
  • B.S. or B.A., preferably in a statistical, mathematical, or technical field.
  • Total year of experiences 2+ and with experience in Nielsen or comparable operations leadership roles.
  • Management skills.
  • Proven statistical experience and/or relevant education (engineering, mathematics).
  • Working knowledge of relevant programming language and database structures.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work in an individual and/or team setting.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in real-time, make critical decisions and ensure plans are going per schedule.
  • Problem solving - must be able to stay calm under pressure and look for solution of unexpected problems. Important to figure out solution quickly.
  • Fluent English Language skills + Spanish in Latam.
  • Strong networking skills - ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects in parallel while managing and meeting changing deadlines and priorities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience driving transformational change.
  • Demonstrated communications and win/win negotiation skills, both verbal and written, that are effectively utilized across all levels of a matrixed organization.
  • Experience in managing medium to large scale team.
  • Good judgement, when it comes time to make an important decision must be able to understand the potential costs and benefits of the choice at hand.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Intermediate English level (written and oral) & local language (depends on the region).
