Role Overview:

We are inviting applications from

experienced Advocates

to join our

Panel of Lawyers

to handle legal assignments on a case-to-case basis. This is a

non-salaried empanelment

role -- payments will be made as per assignment. We seek professionals practicing across forums including:

District & Session Courts Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRT) Revenue Courts (Tehsil / SDM) Consumer Forums, RERA, and other Tribunals High Court (optional)

Subject Matter Specializations (Preferred):

Bank Recovery / Loan Default Litigation SARFAESI, DRT, RODA, RACO Apartment Ownership Act / Society Act RERA (Real Estate Regulation) Compliance Cyber Crime & Online Fraud Litigation Criminal, Civil & Rental Disputes Drafting & Appearance in Notices, Suits, Writs, Appeals, Petitions Representation before SDM/DM in property/seizure matters

Key Responsibilities:

Handle case filings, notices, petitions, and representation in court Advise internal legal team on legal strategy, documentation, and compliance Conduct field-level legal work: recovery notices, possession proceedings, liaison with Tehsildar, Police, etc. Timely update and reporting of legal matter status Collaborate with our legal operations team for seamless coordination

Eligibility Criteria:

Must be a registered Advocate under the Bar Council of India Minimum 2-5 years of litigation experience in any of the above domains Must have a valid Bar ID and independent practice Familiarity with Rajasthan courts (especially Tehsil, SDM, District, DRT, and Tribunal forums) Strong drafting, argument, and case management skills Should be willing to take assignments based on availability and proximity

Payment Model:

This is an empanelment-based,

task/assignment-paid model

Payment per case/appearance/notice/drafting/etc. as per mutual agreement Invoices must be submitted post-task completion for settlement No fixed monthly salary
