The successful candidate will be self-motivated, a confident communicator and a great team player who is able to pick up new systems and programming languages quickly. This is an exciting new chapter for YouGov and we are looking for a candidate who is demonstrably enthusiastic about becoming part of that. ..This role will work 9.30pm to 6.30am IST.. ..Role can be based in either Mumbai.. What will I be delivering To take complex feasibility requestsfrom researchers and respond with a detailed, well thought out sampling solutionin an accurate and timely manner. Using experience to liaise with internal clients, advising on best practice and assisting with problem solving. To manage multiple projects in field, ensuring all are progressing and liaisingwith internal clients with proactive solutions if a different approach is required. Management of own workload to ensure that deadlines are met and standards are achieved. To assist the senior members of the teamin implementing any new solutions for improved efficiency within the workflow To maintain excellent record administration so as to have an accurate log of work carried out as part of the service To ensure all reporting and management requests are accurate and delivered on time Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge and experience At least 2 years of related working experience Ability to deal with problems that are varied and require analysis or interpretation of the situation, by using knowledge and skills, and general precedents and practices Excellent analytical and numerical skills Excellent written, oral and electronic communication skills, particularly in the ability to explain technical points to non-technical people Technical skills and qualifications Knowledge and hands on experience of sampling software Behavioural competencies Innovative and open to new technologies Team player Ambitious mind-set with bags of passion and enthusiasm for the industry and work we do Ability to deliver results, meet deadlines and manage time effectively Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate a high degree of tenacity and resilience Additional Information We offer some brilliant benefits and perks at YouGov, some of which include: An opportunity to help the company achieve its exciting regional growth plans.
