ROLE: PROJECT COORDINATOR FOR PEB, PANEL AND ROOFING JOBS IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN KARNATAKA, TAMILNADU, ANDRAPRADESH & TELENGANA

Assisting Sales team in technical clarification and attend meeting along with them to explain execution method statement.

On receipt of client drawings studying the same and make arrangement for shop drawing.

Conducting meetings with client & Consultants to clarify technical clarification.

Based on the inputs from drawing and client meeting prepare estimated Job card for particular projects.

On receipt of PO critical study is done on PO with regard to deviations between quotation and Purchase order

Allotment of Project manager, Site engineer and Safety engineer to execute the project.

Based on PO preparation of job card and drawings.

Coordinating with Design team for BOQ

Follow up with factory for material despatches

Follow up with Procurement for Ancillary material to supply as per schedule.

Follow up with Finance Department for release of Advances and Site Funds and PRW payments.

Follow up for advance with Clients

Attending Kick off meeting as and weekly or fortnight meetings when required.

Daily follow up with site team for smooth execution and any interruption to execute the work.

Guiding site personnel for any clarifications regarding job

Follow up with site team for Billing and measurements

Follow with clients for payments

Preparation of monthly reports

Visiting site as and when required to control site team and to maintain good relationship with client.

Presenting the yearly performance report for the Execution Department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
