Key Responsibilities

Perform Panchakarma treatments (Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Swedana, Udvarthanam, Kizhi, etc.) as per Ayurvedic principles. Perform basic cosmetology and skincare treatments such as facials, scrubs, herbal masks, and detox therapies (knowledge in skincare & cosmetology is a priority). Assist the Ayurvedic doctor during therapies and consultations. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the therapy rooms. Prepare herbal oils, powders, and other therapy materials as directed. Monitor patient comfort and provide post-therapy guidance. Record therapy details and maintain treatment logs. Manage therapy schedules and assist in spa operations if required.

Soft and Professional Skills to Look For

Calm, patient, and empathetic personality. Good communication skills in English or local language (Malayalam/Hindi/Tamil). Professional grooming and hygiene. Physically fit to perform manual therapy work. Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented. Keen interest and skill in Ayurvedic skincare and cosmetology.
