JD for the profile of Pan India CSD / CPC Sales Manager
Manage & increase the sales in our CSD / CPC channel of sales utilizing our network of the existing sales team.
Manage the stock levels & display of our products at various outlets -Review inventory levels and ensure product availability.
Managing P&L and suggest action plans to keep the account profitable
Must be able to Work Independently as per KRA- KPI agreed.
Analysis of Rico Market share and maintain branding of Rico products.
Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure that Material has been received as per order.
What are we looking for?
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Educational Qualifications - Any Graduate
Experience - 6 -10 years of experience in Sales in the CSD (Defense -Canteen Stores Dept) or CPC (Central Police Forces) channel.
Lead a high-performing team.
Should be able to travel and generate leads across Pan India. (Assigned Region)
Candidates based in Mumbai are preferred.
Have Good communication, interpersonal skills & negotiation skills.
Computer skills (Excel, Word)

Will be working at our HO in Khar west - 2 min walk from the Station.
Location
- Khar West (Candidate residing in Western line will be preferred)
Salary Range
- 70,000K to 1,50,00 lpa (Depends upon the candidate)
