Food Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of ingredients and dishes according to Pan-Asian recipes.
Hygiene and Quality: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality in the kitchen.
Dish Execution: Learning and executing various Pan-Asian dishes, such as Chinese rice dishes.
Kitchen Support: Supporting the kitchen brigade, including the Chef de Partie and other chefs, during busy service.
Mise en Place: Preparing ingredients (mise en place) for the entire production team to ensure efficient service.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably with some experience in Pan-Asian cuisine.
Skills: Knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and general culinary skills.
Teamwork: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and details in food preparation and presentation.
Training: Formal culinary education or training can be a plus, but is not always a requirement.
