Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of dishes from Chinese, Thai, and other Pan Asian menus.
Perform mise-en-place, chopping, marinating, and basic cooking.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Follow instructions from CDP / Sous Chef and work efficiently in a team.
Assist during live stations or plated events, as required.
Support packing, plating, and dispatch for catering orders.

Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (Pan Asian experience preferred).
Basic understanding of Asian ingredients, sauces, and cooking techniques.
Ability to work under pressure during high-volume events.
Must be punctual, disciplined, and a team player.
Familiarity with kitchen safety and hygiene standards.
