Oversees menu creation, ingredient selection, and kitchen operations while ensuring authenticity, consistency, and excellent presentation. Maintains hygiene and safety standards, manages food costs, and trains kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

Expertise in Arabian, Lebanese, Thai, and Indian cuisines Strong knowledge of authentic spices, flavors, and cooking techniques Team leadership and kitchen management skills.
