Cdp job responsibilities:
*Cooking
Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu
Ensure dishes are consistent in taste, flavor, and presentation
Manage timing to ensure timely service
Ensure dishes are presentable and attractive
*Managing a kitchen section
Manage the stock of their section
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement of dishes
*Training junior chefs
Train and manage any chefs working under you
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef
*Other responsibilities
Assist in food hygiene rating inspections
Be aware of profit margins and keep waste to a minimum
Be familiar with the company's policies
Promote a positive working atmosphere
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
