The Personal Assistant will provide administrative and secretarial support to the management, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and smooth coordination of activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize the manager's schedule, meetings, and appointments.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of management.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and itineraries.
Maintain confidential records and documents.
Support in daily administrative tasks and office coordination.
Liaise with internal departments and external clients professionally.
Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a PA or Executive Assistant.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
