We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:

  • Third party product scope; Cyberark, Delinea, HashiCorp, TPAM
  • In-house product scope includes several SQL based repository and reporting tools
  • Holding IT Service Owner (ITSO) role for multiple servicers - accountable for maintaining effective control of the end-to-end application, service and infrastructure.
  • Adhering to governance processes and ensuring compliance with all FIM requirements, IT Controls & processes.
  • Proactively managing delivery, execution and maintenance of IT Control tasks within the allocated timeline. Gathering the resources required for tasks, coordinating & escalating where necessary.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service health and resilience.
  • Provide data and documentation to internal and external auditors, including walkthroughs and reports.
  • Regular review of inventory tools to maintain service and application information.
  • Contribute to maintaining positive relationships with multiple PAM vendors.
  • Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders and internal technical teams.
  • Manage out-of-hours work when required.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements.
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodologies mostly in the area of SLM, Service Continuity, Information Security Management, Change Management
  • At least 3 years' experience working in either IT Service Management or Infrastructure/ Software support or Project Management area
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders and colleagues
  • Ability to negotiate, lead conversations, prepare and present during meetings to senior leadership
  • Experience working with Audit, and Compliance requests and procedures
  • Preferred knowledge of Identity and Access Management technology and concepts including Privileged Access Management.
  • Understanding and experience of technologies deployed at a large scale in a global IT enterprise
  • Experience of working in an Agile team - managing work in Jira and engagements in Jira Service Desk
