Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Palantir Project Management Python and SQL. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical projects and deliver impactful solutions during day shifts. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions using Palantir to enhance business operations in the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage domain. Oversee project management activities ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Provide technical expertise in Python and SQL to develop robust data-driven applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure the integration of systems and data flows to optimize business processes and decision-making. Monitor and evaluate the performance of technical solutions making improvements as necessary. Guide and mentor team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and expectations are managed effectively. Develop and maintain documentation for technical solutions and processes. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. Implement security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Palantir with proven experience in deploying and managing its solutions. Demonstrate proficiency in project management with a track record of successful project delivery. Exhibit advanced skills in Python and SQL for developing scalable applications. Have experience in the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage domain understanding its unique challenges and opportunities. Show ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work effectively.
