Reports to : Factory Manager

Experience: 10+ years of experience.

Education: Paint Technology Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Industry: Wooden Furniture / Wood Products Gender : Male Candidate. Local Nashik Candidate Needed.

Duties and responsibilities

Knowledge of Paint Color Chart Knowledge of Color Mixing Preparation of Different Shades Preparation of difference wood surface Supervise and manage the paintshop team to ensure efficient and high-quality painting operations Oversee the application of paint and finishes on wooden products, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations Monitor and control paint consumption, minimizing waste and optimizing usage Maintain paintshop equipment and machinery, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness Collaborate with production team to meet production targets and deadlines Implement and enforce quality control procedures for painted products Train and develop paintshop staff on painting techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation

Desired Skills:-

Familiarity with wooden furniture manufacturing processes Experience with paintshop equipment and machinery Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
