About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Painting Supervisor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing painting projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and managing a team of painters. If you have

3 to 5 years of experience

and excellent leadership skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise painting crews to ensure timely and quality completion of projects. Oversee surface preparation, paint application, and finishing processes. Maintain safety and compliance standards on all painting projects. Coordinate with clients and project managers to meet specifications and deadlines. Inspect work sites and provide guidance to improve efficiency. Manage inventory and procurement of painting materials. Train and mentor painting staff for skill enhancement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

in any field.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience

in painting supervision. Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices.

NOTE: SHOULD HAVE HIS OWN TEAM OF PAINTERS OR ABLE TO FORM A NEW TEAM.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
