Inspect painted surfaces for drips, bubbles, or uneven finishes and correct defects.
Ensure adherence to company quality and industry standards for finishing.
Maintain proper thickness and uniformity of paint coatings.
4. Drying & Curing
Ensure proper drying and curing of painted components.
Operate drying equipment or follow air-drying procedures.
Handle freshly painted components carefully to avoid damage.
5. Safety & Maintenance
Follow all safety protocols for handling paints, thinners, and chemicals.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks, gloves, and goggles.
Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment regularly.
