Accurately match vehicle paint shades using computerized and manual systems.
Prepare panels for paint application -- sanding, masking, and surface cleaning.
Perform refinishing, blending, and touch-up with precision.
Maintain and calibrate paint booth equipment and color tools.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3 years' experience in automotive painting and color matching.
In-depth knowledge of paint types, materials, and refinishing processes.
Eye for detail and passion for achieving perfect finishes.
