Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, or removing old paint.
Mix and apply paints, varnishes, primers, and other surface coatings using methods such as spraying, brushing, or rolling.
Set up, operate, and maintain painting equipment (e.g., spray guns, booths, rollers), ensuring all are in working order.
Read and follow blueprints, technical specifications, or work instructions to meet required coating thickness and coverage.
Maintain work areas and tools in a clean and safe condition and adhere to safety guidelines and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
Perform quality checks and touch-ups to ensure surfaces meet performance and appearance standards.
Safely handle and dispose of chemical waste and hazardous materials used in the painting process.
