Job Description

The Hotel Painter is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance, cleanliness and condition of interior and exterior painted and finished surfaces of the hotel. This includes guest rooms, corridors, public areas, back-of-house areas, and any renovation/repair work, while minimizing disruption to hotel operations and guests.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting: cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling cracks/holes, removing old wallpaper or paint, priming as required.
