Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Painter with hands-on experience in the architectural model industry. The candidate will be responsible for precision painting of architectural models, ensuring smooth finishes, accurate colors, and high-quality presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform painting, airbrushing, and hand-painting on architectural models and mock-ups.

Prepare surfaces by sanding, masking, priming, and finishing to achieve desired quality.

Mix and match paints to achieve accurate shades, textures, and finishes as per design specifications.

Ensure uniform paint application with attention to detail on fine model elements.

Maintain and clean painting equipment, tools, and painting area.

Collaborate with the model-making and design team to understand project requirements.

Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.

Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Model Painter in the architectural or model-making industry.

Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.

Ability to work with precision on small-scale details.

Familiarity with different finishes (matte, gloss, metallic, textured).

Good color sense and ability to mix paints accurately.

Eye for detail, steady hand, and patience in handling delicate models.

Basic knowledge of safety and maintenance practices in painting

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
