We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineering fresher to join our team as a

Paint Supervisor

in our Transformer Radiator Manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and supporting painting and surface coating operations under the guidance of senior engineers. This role involves learning and ensuring proper surface preparation, paint application, and quality inspection of painted components.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising daily paint shop activities (pre-treatment, painting, drying, curing). Ensure proper surface preparation of transformer radiator components before painting (degreasing, shot blasting, etc.). Learn to operate and oversee spray painting/powder coating equipment. Monitor and maintain records of paint usage, process parameters, and drying time. Check and ensure paint thickness (DFT - Dry Film Thickness) and finish quality meet company and customer specifications. Support quality control and inspection processes for painted parts. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards in the paint booth and surrounding area. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth workflow. Learn and apply lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement methods.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
