Key Skills Required

paint application techniques

(Spray painting, Powder coating, etc.) Understanding of

paint mixing ratios

and solvent usage. Ability to perform

quality tests

for paint finish. Knowledge of

surface preparation processes

. Strong manpower supervision and communication skills. Understanding of

Safety and PPE

requirements in paint handling.
