Experience : 2 - 5 Years Job Location : Halol Department : Surface Treatment Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical or Paint Technology

+ In the Paint Shop production monitoring & control flow of material in surface treatment plant. Handling the manpower and maintain the consumable material as per requirement , indent and issue the material as per team requirement. Monitoring on painting. Daily Production report filling, and also maintaining records of report. + Control monitoring on required process & parameters to achieved quality product. Increase the product quality and reduce the rejection and rework on the product by the maintaining process parameters & following standard procedure for process. Checking the painting product Gloss , DFT and other painting related tests.
+ Training given to team member for various processes and to giving awareness about safety PPE how to use and wear PPE for various processes.
+ To give awareness about various disciplines and 5S of shop floor. Inspired and motivated team member for any suggestion like kaizen. Give 5's Training and aware about shop floor 5S.
+ After surface treatment process done material movement quickly and material move for next process and handover to related department.
+ Do day to day data entry in ERP system (Solution One).
