Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Paint Shop Manager with a strong background in heavy engineering liquid manual painting processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing the entire paint shop operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in coating and finishing of heavy engineering components.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage paint shop operations including planning, scheduling, and execution.

Supervise liquid manual painting processes for heavy engineering equipment.

Ensure adherence to quality standards, surface preparation, and finishing requirements.

Monitor paint consumption, wastage, and optimize resource utilization.

Implement and maintain safety protocols in the paint shop.

Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth workflow.

Train and guide paint shop staff on techniques, safety, and best practices.

Maintain records of paint shop activities, inspections, and compliance reports.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Liaise with vendors and suppliers for paint materials and consumables.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of liquid manual painting processes in heavy engineering.

Experience in surface preparation, coating techniques, and finishing standards.

Ability to manage teams and coordinate across departments.

Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and documentation.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem?solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
