Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage coating/painting operations in the heavy machinery division. Ensure correct surface preparation, coating thickness, and finish quality as per standards. Lead a team of operators/workers to achieve daily production and quality targets. Monitor usage of paints, chemicals, and consumables to minimize wastage. Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments for smooth workflow. Ensure strict compliance with

safety, environment, and 5S standards

in the coating area. Maintain production reports, shift records, and ensure ISO documentation. Train and motivate workforce on best practices in coating and safety.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering (preferred).

5+ years' experience

in coating/painting/powder coating operations in

heavy machinery/manufacturing industry

. Strong technical knowledge of coating equipment, paint systems, and industrial safety. Ability to lead teams and manage manpower in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
