Paint Shop Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Paint Shop Engineer with

0-1 year of experience

in Pre-Treatment and Paint Shop operations.

What you'll do:

- Manage Liquid Painting, Powder Coating, and Pre-Treatment processes

- Ensure compliance with ISO and IATF 16949 standards

- Handle production planning, SOPs, and paint defect analysis

- Lead and guide the team to ensure smooth operations

- Support production planning and process improvements in coordination with cross-functional teams

What we're looking for:

- Diploma / BSc in Paint Technology or a related field

- Knowledge of production processes, IATF, and process planning

- Good team-handling and communication skills

- Immediate joiners preferred
