Position Overview

The

Paint, Sealant & Adhesive Specialist

is responsible for formulating, developing, and overseeing the production of high-performance coatings, adhesives, and sealants for aerospace, defense, marine, and navy applications. This role ensures product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while collaborating with procurement and production teams. The specialist will also be responsible for conducting incoming inspection of goods to ensure material quality and compliance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate and develop high-performance coatings, adhesives, and sealants for aerospace, defense, marine, and navy applications. Oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance with industry standards. Conduct incoming inspection of goods and raw materials to verify quality, conformity, and documentation accuracy. Conduct quality control tests to ensure products meet required performance specifications. Optimize production methods to improve cost efficiency and product quality. Research and implement new raw materials and techniques to enhance formulations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to coatings, adhesives, sealants, and production processes. Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper storage and shelf-life management. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Coordinate with procurement and production teams to streamline operations. Provide technical guidance and support to production staff. Maintain accurate documentation of production batches, test results, and process parameters.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
