Responsibilities

• Review and Analyze of Customer Technical Specifications, Drawings, Inspection Test Plan.
• Preparation of Surface Preparation & Painting , Rubber Lining, Epoxy Coating, Glass Bead Blasting, Corrocoat, Galvanizing Procedure.
• Develop/Prepare detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured Inspection Test
• Plans for Surface Preparation & Coating.
• Preparation of Qualification Test Panels
• Carry-out Inspection of Equipment after Surface Preparation & Coating and Preparation of Inspection Reports & Offer to Customer / TPIA.
• Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved.
• Suggest solutions to identified product problems .
• Investigate product quality to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution.
