Responsible for manufacturing, testing, tinting, and development of alkyd-based, epoxy-based, and PU-based paints, along with manpower handling and coordination with management and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage production of alkyd, epoxy, and PU paint systems as per SOPs.
Supervise raw material, in-process, and finished product testing.
Handle tinting, shade matching, and color consistency.
Lead new product development, formulation improvement, and trial batches.
Manage shop-floor labor and ensure productivity and discipline.
Coordinate with management, QA/QC, maintenance, and other teams.
Ensure compliance with ASTM and IS standards, safety norms, and housekeeping.
Qualification & Experience:
BSc or MSc in Chemistry. (10 to 15 years experience)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
