Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the PU painting booth
Supervise and train painters and helpers
Inspect finished products and ensure quality standards are met
Plan workloads and assign painting tasks
Monitor paint inventory, mixing ratios, and material usage
Maintain equipment, spray guns, compressors, filters, and booth cleanliness
Enforce safety rules and ensure proper use of PPE
Work with production teams to meet deadlines
Keep records of production, paint usage, and maintenance
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in paint booth operations
Strong knowledge of PU coatings and industrial spray painting
Supervisory or team leader experience
Ability to read work orders and manage workflow
Good communication and leadership skills
High attention to detail and quality control
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
