In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified traffic, improve conversion rates, and achieve our marketing goals. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop effective strategies, analyze performance metrics, and implement data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads campaigns across search, display, video, and shopping networks.
Strategy Development:
Create and execute strategies to drive online traffic and increase conversions.
Keyword Research:
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and phrases.
Ad Creation:
Design compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with campaign goals and target audience.
Bid Management:
Monitor and adjust bids to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
Performance Analysis:
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI. Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights.
A/B Testing:
Conduct A/B testing to refine ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
Budget Management:
Oversee and manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation and spending.
Collaboration:
Work with the design and content teams to ensure alignment between ad creatives and landing pages.
Stay Updated:
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and changes in Google Ads policies.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 4 years
of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong understanding of Google Ads platform features and tools.
Skills:
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
Must have digital marketing agency experience.
Certification:
Google Ads certification (Search, Display, Video) is preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-Oriented:
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
