We are seeking a dynamic professional to conduct and manage paid training programs for students in collaboration with colleges and institutes. The role involves delivering IT-related training sessions, supporting enrollments, and coordinating all program activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on IT fundamentals / soft skills / job-readiness (as required).
Deliver demo sessions to promote paid training programs.
Coordinate with colleges, TPOs, and student groups for batch scheduling.
Prepare training materials, assessments, and student progress reports.
Manage enrollment follow-ups and maintain training documentation.
Skills Required:
Strong communication & presentation skills.
Experience in IT training, student handling, or technical teaching.
Good coordination and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of MS Office, presentation tools, and basic IT concepts.
