We are seeking an experienced Social Analyst to manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across major platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Social Media Marketing (SMM), end-to-end Campaign Management, and experience running campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat, and TikTok. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, set up, and manage paid social campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok).
Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and ensure achievement of KPIs.
Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and performance reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, and analytics) to improve campaign outcomes.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Manage campaign budgets and pacing to ensure efficient media spends. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing and Campaign Management.
Proven experience in handling paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat, and TikTok.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in campaign optimization and reporting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
